TAC Booster Club meeting minutes for May 18th 2009 taken by Stephanie Castaneda typed by Carin Sutton

Meeting opened at 6:30 by John, president

Items need for donation-
First Aid Fit- Roth family (bandages, ice packs, tape gauze and tweezers)
Hand sanitizer-Karen
Toilet paper- Romero’s
Paper towels- Stephanie
Trash bags- John
Box fan or two- Sean
Fire extinguisher- Josh

A call for a volunteer to clean frig-

Suggestion made to sell water bottles for 50 cents each, on honor system. If the kids don’t have money they can charge up to $2.00 and name will be written on the white board.

Tabitha and Leilani are CPR trained

Tournament first aid bag- instant ice pack are a must

Yard sale reminder- June 13th

Warm-up suits, list of who would like to purchase. 10 days to get warm-ups in and screened. Money must be paid up front. Ordering for Leilani, Emma, Hector, Amy and Steven

Tournament this Saturday- Stanford eta checking 8 am

Treasurer report -
We are starting a new with our numbers.

EIN number needed still, phone call has been made to Dae Do FL waiting to hear back.
Manuel Romero is going to try and contact Dae Do and be the middle man and take care of this.

Kevins coaches fees need to be paid back to John asap

We have an excess of foot protectors and shin guards that we will try and sell at the yard sale if not then on e-bay/craigs list

Carin talked to DeBrito’s and found out we made a profit of $947, Toffee $35 and Apples $912 (see attached sheet for personal break downs)

At the new location mats need to be cleaned once a day

Kevin is talking to Rocky and Jason about getting a few more to fill the space.

Next meeting June, 1st at 5:30 Roth house or Quiroz?

Release of Liability to be e-mailed out that must be signed along with the document from the home owners. Sean is going to type up Release of Liability and Carin will e-mail out.

Next meeting will be Italian food themed with the exception of Taco Salad, Tamales and Empanadas, and we will be celebrating a few birthdays’: Emma, Lilie (6-4), Gonzolo and Leilani (6-11)
